About Us

"Porta Verde" translates to "Green Door".  I think green and my goal is to reclaim, repurpose, recycle and rejuvenate.  I am a lover of all things creative.  From driftwood to rusty iron to the finest of art objects.  An old dresser finds a new life as a hall console and is used to clear the clutter of keys, mail, mitts and hats.  That old trunk sitting around collecting cobwebs becomes a showpiece coffee table.  

With almost two decades of painting and artistic training which include an arts diploma and certificate in furniture finishes and design, I can resurrect almost anything so it becomes a unique piece of art for you to cherish for years to come.
